1. Installation requirements
Window frame fixation: The steel window frame should be filled with cement mortar, and the window frame should be connected to the wall with embedded steel parts or expansion bolts, with a fixing point spacing of ≤ 600mm.
Sealing treatment: The fireproof sealing components embedded in the sealing groove of the window frame should be firm and intact to ensure smoke tightness.
Temperature control device: The movable fireproof window needs to be equipped with a temperature control release device that can automatically close in case of a fire.
2. Maintenance requirements
Daily inspection: Clear obstacles at the movable fireproof window every day to ensure smooth opening and closing.
Quarterly testing: Manually start the control device every quarter, check the switch function, and ensure there is no jamming phenomenon.
Annual inspection: Check the fire alarm linkage control function, manual control function in the fire control room, and on-site manual control function every year, and replace damaged equipment in a timely manner.
